I understand that ITAC International Driver License is valid only with the original driver's license, which must be currently valid and not suspended or expired. The ITAC International Drivers License also indicates that you are a holder of a valid drivers license from your home country, fulfiling the right for a person to drive in another country when accompanied by an original and valid driver's license. In signing below, I assume risk of harm or injury which may occur to the participant as a result of participating in the above-named event or activity. I hereby release ITAC Company , Staff and its officers, employees, or agents from any liability, costs and damages resulting this individual's participation. The ITAC International Driver License is a translation/interpretation of a native driver's license The International Driver's Document issued by ITAC is an official translation of a national or domestic driver's license. You are not permitted to present ITAC as the main document because it is only a translation of your original driver's license. This ITAC International Driver's License, however, is valid only with the original, domestic driver's license, which must be currently valid and not expired or suspended. The ITAC International Driver’s Permit is a legal translation of a current valid Driver’s License, based on the UN standards on Road and Traffic Resolution. I also give my consent for the ITAC to print my International Driver License Document . If necessary, and I agree to accept ALL financial responsibility for the costs related expense. Your ITAC International Driver's License MUST be accompanied at all times by your original valid driver's license. You are not allowed to present International Driver License as the main document because it is only a translation of your original driver's license. International Driver License is not a substitute of an official driver's license, as well as expired or revoked driver's license. If you hold a U.S. driver's license, you must use U.S. driver's license while driving in the U.S. territories. If you wish to use U.S. driver's license outside of the U.S. territories you may wish to contact ITAC Interanla Driver ( for information on how to obtain International Driver Permit.
